1. Select Class - Add a class or select a class for edit, deletion, or entering of critique data.

2. Add/Edit Class Information - Enter new class information or edit the existing information of a class.

3. Enter Student Averages - Enter the average score for each critique item.

4. Enter Student Critique Comments - Enter students comments into text boxes for each student critique category.

5. Select Student Critique of Training Category - Select category for identifying possible reasons and developing plans for revision.

6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18. Identify Possible Reasons - Select possible reason checkboxes for the questions designated as opportunities.

7, 9, 11, 13, 15, 17, 19. Develop Plans for Revisions - Select plans for revision checkboxes for the items selected as possible reasons.

24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30. Enter Suggestions - Enter strengths, opportunities, and plans for revisions for each critique category.

Student Achievement
31. Select Class - Add a class or select a class for edit, deletion, or entering of student achievement data.

32. Add/Edit Class Information - Enter new class information or edit the existing information of a class.

33. Enter Enrollment Information - Enter number of ARBs, starting enrollment, non-grad, and ending enrollment statistics.

34. Analyze the Enrollment Information - Select checkboxes for possible reasons for enrollment and non-grad information.

35. Select Test - Add a test or select a test to assess the achievement level of each objective.

36. Add/Edit Test Information - Enter test number, test date, test name, minimal acceptable passing percentage, and select checkboxes of units and lessons assessed on the test.

37. Enter Percentage of Students Passing - Enter the percentage of students who passed each LO.

38. Analyze Strengths - Enter comments into text box for why the LOs that were strengths may have been strengths.

39. Analyze Opportunities - Enter comments into text box for how the LOs that were opportunities may be improved.

Fleet Reports
40. Fleet Feedback Information - Enter strengths, opportunities, and recommendations and plans for revision into text boxes.

Longitudinal Analysis
41. Select a Longitudinal Analysis - Add an analysis or select an analysis for editing or analysis.

42. Add/Edit Longitudinal Analysis Information - Add or edit name and classes of an analysis.

43. Student Enrollment - Compare student enrollment data and enter strengths, opportunities, and plans for revision in text boxes.

44. Student Achievement - Compare student achievement data and enter strengths, opportunities, and plans for revision in text boxes.
