1. Construct Course Training Task List (CTTL) - Select a duty or task to enter, edit, or delete.

2. Add/Edit Duty - Enter new or edit text of duty and S/K level choice.

3. Add/Edit Task - Enter new or edit text of task and S/K level choice.

K-Levels
4. Assign K-Levels - Assign K-levels for each and all duties and tasks.

Learning Objectives
5. Write Learning Objectives - Select duty or task to add or edit its LO.

6. Add/Edit Terminal Objective (TO) - Enter new or edit existing text of TO.

7. Add/Edit Enabling Objective (EO) - Enter new or edit existing text of EO.

Criticality
8. Assign Criticality - Assign high, medium, or low in 4 criticality categories for each learning objective..

Sequence
9. Select Objectives for Sequencing - Select TOs or EOs to sequence from menu.

10. Sequence TOs - Select sequence method(s), and drag & drop TOs in order.

11. Sequence EOs for this TO - Select sequence method(s), and drag & drop EOs in order.

COI
12. Develop Curriculum Outline of Instruction (COI) - Select a task/step (radio button) from menu.

13. Assign TOs to Units - Create, delete, drag & drop unit dividers to divide and assign TOs into units.

14. Divide Units into Lessons - Create, delete, drag & drop lesson dividers to divide units and assign EOs into lessons.

15. Name Units and Lessons - Add and/or edit titles for all created units and lessons.
